INTERIOR DESIGN EXCELLENCE AWARD

Recognizes an outstanding interior designer who has demonstrated exceptional creativity, innovation, and impact in residential or commercial design. Honoring outstanding creativity, functionality, and aesthetic achievement in interior design.

RISING STAR AWARD

Honors an emerging design or built industry professional who has shown remarkable promise, innovation, and growth early in their career.

REAL ESTATE EXCELLENCE AWARD

Recognizes a real estate professional or brokerage that consistently delivers outstanding client service and contributes to the growth and success of the housing market.

HOME STAGING EXCELLENCE AWARD

Awarded to a home stager or staging firm that has transformed spaces through innovative design, thoughtful presentation, and exceptional attention to detail.

OUTSTANDING TRADE PROFESSIONAL AWARD

 Honors a skilled trade professional—such as a cabinet maker, millworker, installer, stone fabricator, lighting specialist, wallpaper installer, artisan, or specialty craftsperson—whose expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication contribute to exceptional built environments.

PROPERTY TRANSFORMATION AWARD

Celebrates a real estate professional, designer, builder, or project team that successfully repositioned or elevated a property through outstanding design, renovation, or restoration.

DESIGN INDUSTRY PARTNER AWARD

Recognizes a vendor, showroom, supplier, manufacturer, or industry partner who consistently supports, strengthens, and elevates the design community through exceptional products, service, and collaboration.

BUILDER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Recognizes a builder, general contractor, or construction company that consistently delivers exceptional craftsmanship, quality, leadership, and excellence in project execution.
