WHO WE ARE
Designed For Connection. Built For Community.
The RVA Design Group was founded in 2023 by Tiara Holloway and Jessica Myrick with a vision to create a stronger sense of community within Richmond’s interior design industry.
What began as a gathering place for interior professionals has evolved into growing network of creative professionals with a shared vision.
OUR MISSION
RVA Design Group is a collaborative community dedicated to connecting, educating, and empowering design and industry professionals through meaningful relationships, professional development, education, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
OUR PURPOSE
RVA Design Group was established to create a supportive professional community where interior designers and professionals within related industries can connect, collaborate, share resources, and strengthen their knowledge and skills.
The organization seeks to provide educational opportunities, professional development, mentorship, networking, community engagement, and industry resources that support both emerging and established professionals.
Through programs, events, workshops, industry partnerships, and community initiatives, RVA Design Group strives to strengthen the design community while creating opportunities for professionals to learn from one another, develop meaningful relationships, and positively contribute to the communities they serve.
OUR COMMITMENT
At RVA Design Group, we believe success is strengthened through connection, education, collaboration, and community. Our commitment extends beyond designing spaces—we are committed to building community, developing professionals, and creating a lasting legacy within the design industry.
